Its called vector art. I would try youtube vector art tutorials on youtube. I picked it up in college and gain a skill every time I do it.

My first two painting projects.... I recently enrolled in an art class, and i had to make two paintings. I had bad history with paint; had no idea how to use it. It was all or nothing, so i went to town on 2 12x12 cardboards
