Everything is wrong here.. Like it's hard to even say why because a real jordan 1 looks nothing like this. The swoosh is too big, the heel is the wrong shape, the sole is too thick, the wings logo is too far down, the shape is bulky and off, the sole detail is wrong.
Look at this and compare yours to this picture, the differences should be very noticeable

The jordan logo looks like it was drawn with a pencil. Deffo fake.
