Got the update under general settings, but I've to delete some apps in order to accommodate the update smh.

why don't you just get the internationally unlocked version from apple if you're paying outright for it ?

Restore back to 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 depending on your device.  Then update to iOS 7 GM through itunes or OTA

available via Over the Air...but essentially a non-starter because all anyone gets is an error upon trying.

But not available on iTunes even after updating to 11.1.

thought i had it on an OTA update...looked like I had the whole thing downloaded.  Status below progress bar changed to "preparing update", but now progress bar is stuck at about 85%.
