Anyone here work for t-mobile? HELP!!

- So i called to make a payment , guy asks for account & routing number.. then says it couldn't go through
- He then asked for my debit card # then we hang up..and im waiting for my phone to get back on
- I wait an hr and change and my phone still isn't on
- I call back and someone told me the payment never went through so i did it again.
- I check citibank online... and see that ive been charged twice.. the second payment shows on tmobile payment history, first one didn't
- On citibank online both of them showed up.. the first one showed up under Transfers.. so i'm thinking maybe dudedid something shady with my account..
- Now i have to speak to someone at Citibank.. anything else i should do? or anyway to trackdown to who i made the first payment to?

first one is probably an authorization, it will probably clear in a couple business days. if they billed you twice, just bring in the account info to a tmobilestore or fax it to them and they will credit you.
 
on citibank online.. when i click transfer, it don't show where the money transferred to, it only showed the amount transferred
