Anyone here study law?

I want to know about the Juris Doctor program.. it requires an undergraduate degree, which doesnt have to be law.
this works for me, I'm about to finish off my undergraduates.


So if i get into a juris doctor program and graduate in 2 years.. can I be a lawyer?
Do most people work right after a 2 year Juris Doctor program or do they continue on to other degrees?
How international is the field of law.. I'm not in the US.. say if I take my juris doctor program in Hong Kong and want to work in singapore later on, would it work?

1. JD is either 3 years full time or 4 years part time.
2. Most people start practicing at an entry level within months of graduating, this is because law school is designed to get you experience and a job offer BEFORE you finish.

3.Law is very international, there is an entire area of law dedicated to international matters. However if you meant international as in does the law i learn in A. apply in B. then no. Laws change from state to state let alone country to country so you ultimately want to go to school where you'll learn the laws of that city/region/country.
