Looking to cut some more body fat before winter time comes for the bulk.
If anyone has a good split and would like to share, I would definitely appreciate it. Also if yall got any good plyo workouts I would appreciate it as well.
 
Monday - Full body circuit
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Full body circuit
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Full body circuit
Saturday - Cardio

I'm talkin another 10% percent body fat. And yes everywhere but if we're being more specifically stomach/mid section, winter is coming and I know bulking season should be starting but I still want to shred!
