Jacksonville, FL is boring to some of the people that already live here, but there IS a lot of stuff to do. Everybody wants the city to be on the hype level ofan amusement park city (like Orlando), but I think it's fine the way it is. The beach is great. You'll have to come down and see the city for yourself.
As for UNF, I heard it's a pretty good school. I've got a cousin there who takes up Civil Engineering and he loves it out there. They didn't offerwhat I wanted, so I'm at FCCJ down the street from there. The girls out there are
. UNF chicks > FCCJ chicks. They've basically got every sport except Football. They usually try to keep some type of music events over theretoo. They're gonna have T-Pain and Friends on the 22nd.
Shopping here is pretty much average; 4 big malls, 4 different type of stores/styles. There's a fairly new open-style mall down the street from the schoolthat is really bad !%!, except for the little !%! Finishline. If you are trying to get some J's around here, you better have a connect with somebody at oneof these stores.
