Anyone ever been on a Contiki tour?

Tours for 18-35 yr olds. Me and my bestfriend are going on a 12-day European tour this summer. I'm very excited.  Wanted to see if anyone here has ever signed up for one and if so how you liked it. I have friends who have gone and they have nothing but good things to say. Going to 7 countries.

I haven't, a couple of friends have, and they had a great time.

They did say you don't get much time to do your own thing though.
