checkin in 85' here told all the time that i dont look my age and only time i feel old is when im around some of my college teammates and they be like man you bout to be 30 and i give em the

I am realist and that is what has caused me to be so "real" (can't think of any other term right now) with how I feel. There are more signs of me being old then I even want to experience. Like back 2 years ago when I went to some local gym to play hoop, I balled with some younger kids and the guy who picked me on his team said "I got old dude". When I am at a bar or even some lounges, I can't help but feel like I am that old guy when most everyone around me is in their 20s. I don't feel defeated by any means and I am doing what people do at my age but it's just the realities that I am a 30 year old and can't pass for anything else but that.
If there is anything can't stress enough to kids, I alway say enjoy the things that you have now cause when you get to even in your late 20's life kicks in an extra gear and years just fly by fast as hell. My regrets.....I wish I studied harder and went to a 4 year college. I wish I didn't date someone for 7 years in my 20's only to break up with her in the long run, I wish I cereal dated wtih no care in the world, I wish I had an art degree rather then a design one, I wish I was closer with my folks cause even after years of fighting, I am still not that cool with them, I wish I traveled more....the list goes on. Fix your issues that you guys see now cause at some point, it will be too late.
And all this is just venting to a degree. My life is not even bad. I just wish it was better.

A few years back I got carded at Walmart for buying Grant Theft Auto...I was 27. 
My friend's husband just turned 40 and he could pass off for 28, no lie. He's got one of those smiley-smiley faces (been told I have the same thing too), so pretty sure staying positive is the way to go!

I feel you fong though. Dated my ex for 6 years all through college never did anything with any other girl...feel like i wasted my college years being with her. But i can't regret that now...25 about to be 26 and single...about to be prime of my life. Time to just live

From my experience, work life (I guess depending on the job) is like college life. If you work in an environment where there people your age or people with a young mentality, it's like being in college again. I work a corporate job and 5 years ago when I started, it was all about happy hours and going out with new people. From there you literally meet others in the same field and that happy hour group just gets bigger and bigger. You pretty much have those drunk moments like you would in college with girls. Just a lot of people taking other people home. It's equally as fun and everyone comes to work the next day all hungover like nothing ever happened.

I am 32, and my main chick is 22.
I still have the maturity, presence, and resources to bag a 40 year old.

Man, I just got done texting with this girl who graduated HS in '10 & just turned 21 ... when I told her I graduated in '03 and she was like "wowww i'm so little" I felt sooooo old lmaooooo ....ahhh man I feel funny when I talk to youngins but seems all I meet these days smh
