i believe its the cameras...
but the prosecutor was surprised about how the police contract was protecting the cop...it says that they can't talk to anyone until after 48 hours of a shooting occurred...but man this prosecutor was roasting that cop...not even mosby was talking down as much as this guy did...he seems legit pissed about what took place...he just keeps saying "over not having a front license plate"...
but man when he handed the cop the bottle of gin...

But you can be stopped for not having a plates on your car. The prosecutor is wrong there. Depending on where you live, how strictly it is enforced is another story. I watched the video and it didn't show the shooting. He was driving without his license . If he had his license, he would have gotten a ticket or a warning. When he started to ask why he's being stopped it went downhill from there. Unlike the Sandra Bland video, the officer in this case was a complete 180 of what we saw there until shots were fired.

the prosecutor isn't dismissing the illegal license plate...he was just explaining how idiotic it was to shoot him over the initial stop of not having a license plate...like how do you go from that to "fearing for your life"...but i believe sam was intoxicated...he sounded pretty hammered...

Not really, if he had a valid license, he could've ran his name and DOB or even the license number if he remembered it. He would've been issued a citation
