My body is beyond ready for the season to start.

How are the prices of those opening night tickets against the Nets looking?

Maaan, hope and pray STAT comes back, and he and Felton still have that chemistry.

Sad thing about the Barkley stuff is a lot of the time, we prove him right.

Real talk, we haven't shut his mouth up once. So far he's looked like a prophet.

your avi just reminded me on how tight i am on how this icon was changed.

Shump keeping it all the way 100 I ain't even mad, need more real dudes like him in the league. Glad he's on our team :smokin

Ooh & Super Producer J I'm diggin that avi bro :hat

I want to feel optimistic about this year, but I feel like I'm just conditioned to expect the worst. I'm not a J Kidd fan at all, but hopefully Felton shows something and Shump comes back soon.

Are they gonna sell tickets to an open practice at the Garden again this year? Feel like they went on sale around this time last year, mid September

of course, they always do

Son you fail for equating/comparing commentating to head coaching. MAJOR FAIL
Mark Jackson will continue to prove to be a poor head coach, word is bond and he'll be able to spin it because of being able to talk the talk so ppl like you wil just givem another chance to prove he's a failure of a coach.

No, harlot, you fail for not being able to interpret what I said. I never said, "Mark Jackson is a commentator, therefore he'll be a good he'd coach," did I? DID I?!!

Actually, point out where I said Mark Jackson was even a "good" commentator. Then point where I said he was a "good" coach. I said he could talk with out me asking what's wrong with him. Ewing makes me question his intelligence base on the way he formulates his speech. That's not a good look from any non-physical ("lead by example"-type) leader.

Then point out where you're actually making a case for Patrick Ewing as a coach...

So now what?
I wasn't making a case for Pat. Don't need to really, he's been an asst coach in the league for years now and has paid his dues to be qualified to make the jump to the next level.

What I did make a case for is that Mark Jackson being a commentator is irrelevant other than being able to talk so much he could convince someone to hire him because of all the bull **** he'd spew. Communication is important but I haven't seen anything that says Ewing can't do that with a team. You claiming the way Ewing talks makes you question his intelligence makes me wonder if you ever had a conversation with the man to be anywhere near a judge of another person's intelligence but I'm guessing your whole argument relies heavily on hyperbole.

“ I think when Carmelo plays against LeBron (James) and (Dwyane Wade), he should take it personally, like he's always talked about last (among the three). When Amare plays against (Chris) Bosh, he should take it personally. That's what I always used to do. I played against guys, I used to take it personally that you're not talking about me. They need to do that. In order to beat Miami, they've got to.

That's true, I hope Amar'e and Melo hear this quote

I kinda think Amar'e believes he's better than Bosh anyway and I feel that way too. Bosh couldn't have done what Amar'e did first year here before the trade.
