It’s a good show if you’re a fan of the books..I read a bunch of Cross books back in the day and they do a good job of making this show feel like the books..Didn’t like the casting for Nana Mama or how they portray her..The Sampson casting was decent at best but the actor does a good job overall..

Glad to see others in on my quite protest, refuse to watch a show week to week. ESPECIALLY on a platform that has released an entire season at once before.
Just make it a slow burn and don't rush it, proper pacing please on a show like this.
Early in my IT career use to double at Silver Diner, Ben's could offer free of major discount to cops in the show. Also they don't always eat there, often one is and the other is just meeting them. I think they might have eaten 5 times total over weeks.

Hopefully this show continues to get better. Season 2 was a lot better than Season 1.
