Looks like it's gonna be these and the Chicago 2s to close out 2022 for me. Looking forward to both of the releases, especially these as they'll be my first proper pair of 7s since the Pantones I got as a gift years ago. Sold em cause they were TOO snug in my true size.

I like how they made the tongue taller.. I always thought the tongue was too small on the retro 7s.

the tongue height isnt even the problem its not that tall compared to previous releases but they made the tongue puffy and curvy for some odd reasonI like how they made the tongue taller.. I always thought the tongue was too small on the retro 7s.

ive owned og 7's and dont remember them having puffy tongues.
hopefully that mans tongue is just ****** up or puffed up for the photoshoot

It's not. I think it's just the way they're laced up in these pics. It's kinda folded back onto itself making it look puffier than it really is.
