Looks legit from those pics, might want them to provide some more. Pic of the strap would help too.

Based on those photos, I would say they're legit...although a side view of the shoe showing the scales would be the defining picture.

But yeah, also ask about tagged photos because the tag he as in current photos are a phone number, not his ebay username. Could be using someone else's photos.
