Copped a pair two weeks ago for that price and 40% off, these were still on the racks as well so no cut top. Normally a 9.5 but 10 was the smallest size left. With tax for $26 out the door, a no brainer to add to the collection.

Yeah that's where I found them as well, no idea how long they have been available.

I also found the greenish pair on Ebay, a few UK based sellers. Pretty sure they were never on NDC EU, maybe went straight to outlets .. ?

Also yesterday I noticed that NDC EU currently has a full size run of Laser Blues, and another white/grey cw that also released in 2018.
