Surprised you guys are digging these so much. they remind me of the 2012s, in that they just look cheap. That back heel tab is a joke. I've dug the 29-32s but these just ain't it. I don't play ball,so I'm going off just aesthetics alone.

Outside of that colorway that leaked yesterday, nothing but translucent soles have been seen so far. Must be another cost cutting measure.

I don't doubt that people actually like them. Everybody gets excited when the new jordan model drops. I'll be curious to know how many actually cop 3 colorways in though.

Nah...this type of closure (basically a Boa system) has been used on rugged outdoor gear for a minute. If it can stand up to those conditions I can't see it failing on a bball court
