 Bravo!

SMH at all these people coming in here boasting how they secured their pair for $200+. I'd be more ashamed to admit that than brag about it.

That's like saying, "Hi, I took it in the rear end today with no lubricant. It was extremely painful, but I'm happy that I at least got laid."

It's a GR, hype this hype that don't matter. Anything over $170 plus tax means you took an L.

After Tax, These Shoes Come To Around $182 Depending On Where You're Located.... Add On Shipping And You're Looking At Almost $190

Not Sure About Yourself, But My Time Is Worth More Than The $10-$30 Some Folks Are Paying Over Retail To Secure Their Pair :rolleyes

The only one that took an L on this thread is you with your screen name. Plus your joke was weak and childish.
Don't come for ppl who secured their pair. If I had money like that I'd secure mine for a decent price. Saves me time, gas, and hassle. What about ppl that work Saturday morning?

I don't understand, I dropped an extra $120 for my pair from a reliable source and sleep in without worrying about the thirst, hype, stick up kids or any other human road block you can think of. For $120........ I will always elect to skip the stress. #IMO

:{ I don't understand how paying nearly double the shoe is a suitable exchange. And maybe it just depends on how old you are and the lifestyle you lead, but I really don't find it to be that much of a hassle to wake up by 8 and drive to the mall to cop some kicks. To each his own though.

#teambelowretail

This guy gets it.

If you don't have the time to hit the raffles, If you won't be around for the FCFS, If the only access you have is online RD, I wouldn't call paying over retail a loss.

As a sneaker fanatic myself I'm beginning to think more logical.

RD, average time spent trying to grab (online, instore, or Raffle)= 3 hours

Prior to RD average money for gas+time= $50 driving to malls/stores + 3hours

Now this equals 6hrs of time and $50 gas

For example purpose lets say I make $30 per hr at my job= 6hr x $30hr= $180+$50 gas= $230

@$230 time and gas invested I've already paid $230+ retail of $185= $415

I think I may pay the retail+ $ on these and try and come in around $250 or less and be happy.

Yea $120 is too much IMO. Would only secure a pair if necessary for no more than $60 as a last resort if I can't make raffles or RD

Tellem' man. Repped

Everybody is paying over retial whether they admit it or not. Your'e paying with your time, or you are paying with the greenbacks. I' never knock the hustle of someone getting it how they get it though. But that's just me

It really depends on the shoes IMO. If most sites get them like they should then it shouldn't be hard at all. Concords had a lot more people going after them and that release wasn't difficult to get online if you knew what you were doing. These should be easier than the Concords. What I mean by "easy" is knowing all the sites that release them online.

You mad bruh?

Lemme put it like this, if you gotta job that requires you to work on Saturdays then the last thing you should be doing is buying $170 sneakers. Finish school and get a job that pays more than minimum wage.

And why are we talking about gas and time? We live in the technology age with this wonderful thing called the internet. It takes all of 15 mins at most to checkout online. Practically the only shoe website not carrying these is DSW Shoe warehouse. If you can't manage to get one pair on any of the 30 websites carrying these then you are a substandard human
You've purchased every shoe in your collection online, because it's just that easy?

You use bots?

And some of the best businesses in the World do  business on Saturdays, requiring employees to Work on that day. Saturday's aren't limited to McDonalds.

Go to a HighEnds boutique or Retail store, Car Dealer, Furniture store, and tell me those salesmen/women aren't clocking 6 figure years man, working on Saturday.

Youre silly dude

I've come to the conclusion that you have to be no more than 16 years old especially after the first part of your comment.
I'm not even done with college yet and making $20/hr. Far from minimum wage. Working a rotating schedule so sometimes I work Saturdays like a lot of ppl. So in the trash goes your theory bruh. Not all jobs are 9-5.
Hmm now the technology part.... Striking out is about 50/50. To top that off you gotta battle bots. And if you are working some jobs you can't be on your phone or laptop at 8 or 10am

Anything else?

Def #teamretail and under.Aint no way I would ever give up before a release day and spend that much over for a GR.These are def everywhere and to be had if you want them.
this...if u willing to pay that much before u can pay that much if u do strike out. **** u might even get a better deal from those resellers that get alot of pairs and sell em for a decent price.

these are most def a GR!!!!!!! check the release locators.

totally agree. IF your paying that much before like you said chances are some reseller will just want a small profit to flip them fast and thats when you cop if you strike out.
