They did these very well. I think my biggest issue was getting a pair that didnt arrive with a box that lost in a fight to Tyson. My least favorite V and first time copping this colorway.

Doubled up on these and still haven't gotten to wear them yet. Lovely shoe though. By far the best 5 retro we've gotten (imo) since the "remaster" initiative began. I love my '16 Metallics but they fall short to these when it comes to shape.

I don't know what it is about the V and this particular colorway, but it's one Jordan I think actually looks good/cool as it yellows like this.

The only complaint that I really even have on these is the ankle collar.. I wish they’d slim it down a little closer to OG pairs. I guarantee those were comfier like that, people with the OffWhite 5s I bet would say it’s better that way.
The 1990 ankle collar is nothing like what’s been on every retro. I don’t mind the ankle pods I just wish they trimmed it all down.

99-2000 4s and 5s were borderline protros. It was a steep decline until recently but we’re still way off from this 22 years later.

The tongues and the ankle padding were so much sleeker on the 2000s. I lowkey wanna get another pair of beat up fire reds and jack the midsole to do a swap on my 2000s.
