Legit FB9..Worth about $100-$110 or so in that shape with all OG accessories.. Maybe $80-$90 with no box.

02' 9s are usually solid.. You should be ok..You may run into some separation issues but you can fix that with a reglue..Im not sure if they have been worn in the last few yrs or how they have been stored so id advise you to break them in lightly close to the house a few times to make sure they are ok.
