They are perfect for people who live where it snows and dont wanna wear anything but some J’s lol. The reflective material is a super nice touch also. I dont think so, and dont think water/snow doesnt get inside because it does

but it does well enough to be considered winterized/weather proof

Agreed, these are an excellent model. I’ve got the black/concord pair from a couple years ago and love them in the winter, comfy and good in snow.
