while the 9s may be my least favorite model (yes the 2s are indeed fire to me) i do love the simple cws on them. I'd love to see UNC blues or charcoals come back

For anyone down in the dumps because of Election Day or the unacceptable Fire Red IVs. Just remember the good ole days such as November 3rd 2014. The Photo Blue and Motorboat Jones were released. Funny I don’t remember these dropping on the same day. The photo blue was worn by R & B group Jagged Edge. The Motorboat Jones is still going for $600+ on stockx/goat/eBay. So Happy Six Year Anniversary (where the Bacardi at?)
It was also on this day the seductive Satin Bred Vs released in 2018.

I see where did is coming from tho. That top pair honestly doesn’t look good even if they are an OG pair while the bottom pair while not fully accurate to the OGs do look slimmed down and cleaner.

The only pair of IX's I own are the CG's which are the best. Couple OG's are nice but never seemed worth it. Especially with the changes.

JB should look at THIS post right here. Originals passed on because of their dumb *** changes. The small reverse JM on a 9 has to be one the dumbest things they ever decided to do to a retro sig. Right behind removing NA branding. Seriously though, I am one that sometimes think people nit pick on the smallest of details but this, is in your face wrong. Whoever decided in 2010 to change it up needs their *** kicked. And of ALL releases they chose the Charcoal to do it on. Bull ****.

I had the OGs way back when and I wish I could remember how they felt. I don’t remember them being UNcomfortable though. Then I had the 2002 retro and don’t remember them being uncomfortable either but don’t remember them being super comfortable either. Haven’t owned a 9 since but always wanted the charcoals.

During the time the 2016 XI 45 and the White Black 9 "Space Jam" were about to come out, I personally was in heaven planning on getting both till I saw actual pics of the 9 coming. They made it a point to correct the XI JM direction but still stayed with the same BS on the 9. They fixed the midsole, and the eyelets, but neglected intentionally the most important feature. Never understood it. Never will. They have had sooo many opportunities to fix that shoes obvious problem.
Again as I stated long ago, put an undersized JM on the tongue of a 3 or 4, and see the outpouring of discontent. This is the only model to get ****** with in that regard.
