Bc they are TTS. The 4s are a 1/2 size bigger. No way do these 3s fit bigger. The 9.5 in 3s fit well, almost snug and I'm a true 9.5. The 4s in a 9.5 are really roomy with like 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch room in the toe

A used clean soft pencil eraser

try an eraser but be gentle cuz u don't want to rub the paint away.
ive heard windex too but nevr tried it.
