Tongues look unusually high for this release. The variation is so wild.

That’s how they should be, and most definitely a China produced pair. I have 3 pair of Vietnam pairs, all with the nonexistent tongues but essentially perfect otherwise. Just ordered a China pair last night so I’ll have the bases covered

Wore my pair for the first time today.
Decided to return all size 11scand stick with the 11.5, which is a half size up my white cements. Definitely some minor heel slippage, which will probably increase after a few wears.
But the 11s were so tight in the toe box, that they were never going to be comfortable.
Absolutely love the look of this shoe.
