I know ima get hate for this but I actually miss the little red over the tongues of the shoes. Especially on the white cements. Now im not saying the super poofy *** SB style we was getting in the 2010's but I feel like the 1994 pair had it perfect.

Some continue to embrace the puffy tongue while others have completely disavowed it.

I mean, and I'm asking now too....what did the majority of 2003 Wht/Cmt's have in terms of elephant print? Thin vs. thick.

Was it mostly thin, like on my pair? Was it mostly thick like on 2001 Blk/Cmt's? Or did it simply vary? I don't remember.

Oh I see what you’re saying. I think the 2001s mostly had thick EP and the ones with thick EP were outliers but I could be wrong. Could have been about even, mostly luck of draw as far as the thickness of EP you got.

I don’t disagree that there were complaints at that time (I.e. my reference to complaints about lack of NA on the back at that time) just don’t think there were many if any complaints about EP at that time. That’s all I was saying.

Haha nah all good. Thanks. Yeah I think I remember too white cement 2003s EP being on the thinner side for the most part. JB has been schizophrenic with EP over time.

Great left shoe......so so right shoe.

I'm wearing the pair I'm keeping. Not a big deal.

Even my half size up pair feels snug.

May have to go with that, even if they feel a tad too big after a few wears.

Biggest mistake going TTS on these. They run small. I went up .5 for 2 pairs and even went 1 full size for another.
