So, i dont have a problem with consumers saying this or that about the QC. Nike's QC BEEN TRASH. We know this right?

my problem is youtubers like "well my so and so limited pair was much better quality" as if they know **** about leather tanning and cobblery. half these ****s ain't leather anyways.

i think people are just salty they're an easy cop. i got 2 pairs, even got through the snkrs shock drop lol. had to stop myself from buying 3 pairs on saturday.

"2018 pairs are better" is the funniest sh**t ever. Dudes were sh*tting on the AJ3 shapes for YEARS. the 2018 might have been the worst. sh*ts look like Shaqs walmart knock offs. but not the 2018 is better... i wonder why...

Scoured Ebay for fun after realizing I might need an 11 and every pair is jacked.. after getting them in hand, they straight up made them wrong compared to WCs. Getting a good pair is low key rare; getting a perfect pair or at least on brand with WC’s ia a unicorn.

The left foot is definitely the test. Wherever they made the right foot at had the blueprint. The left foot spot was going on memory and feeling alone

My local Snipes got pairs available. I might try to go swing by and check em out to see if they have any decent pairs. After looking more at my own pair I don't hate them, but they're not nearly as nice as some pairs I've seen in here and other places online.

After much over analyzing, comparing, contrasting, sifting through more pairs, not being satisfied, returning, exchanging and all but becoming a microscope boy myself over the last 3 days, I was finally able to land on these two imperfect but beautiful pairs that I can be happy with. I prioritized low EP height over everything and was willing to compromise on shape if necessary as long as I at least get that low EP cut. That was non negotiable for me. Think I made out okay.

I did do a deep dive in-hand comparison to my WC reimagineds to see where exactly they differed and yes, Nike/JB definitely make some super subtle but key changes to these that significantly impact the overall shape and construction of the shoe, more specifically in the frontal toe box area. Not even going to go all into explaining it but it’s there, iykyk. While I don’t love it, I can’t even really say they changed it for the worse because what they did is in line with some of the OG molds depending on the factory they were made. So I guess I can’t be mad they tweaked it to be even more “OG” but would’ve much preferred that they kept the same reimagined mold for these. Oh well. Nonetheless, I think Nike did a great job on these and glad they finally corrected the error that was the 2018 retro. We raised so much hell here on NT about that retro, nice to see it all come full circle .

Welp. Now I see why people are reporting different fits. The right shoe from one of my pairs measures 3/16 longer than the three others. That’s more than the difference between a half size. Someone tell Matt Welty I found him a pair.

The 2018s are downright terrible. Got damn Disco Ball Timbo masquerading as a Jordan 3. The shape and cut on the new 3 blows the 2018s out of the water, it's not even close really.
