  I saw these on craigslist for $200 and I am thinking about getting them but I need to know if they are legit or not.

Not all.. Only the 13 retros from the past few yrs have this detail. Newer fakes also probably have it.. Post detailed, well lit pix and we will try and let you know what we think.

I have bulls 13s and no Roman numeral just Jordan in grey. 2010 release
