Air Jordan 11 Retro "Concord" - December 8, 2018 release - $220 #45

Sales would fall off if they went up anymore. They’ve already lost a lot of the hype they had several years ago. Even the “limited” releases have been dipping in the aftermarket.

Anyways, always ready for some fresh Cords. Maybe the printed ‘45’ is so folks can rub it off and put ‘23’ on there. IDK, JB/Nike cuts corners anytime they think they can get away with it.

Multiple different “early” pairs have higher mesh height. I think it’s sticking. It’s not weird to me because if you look at 11s with low Pl height, they have more mesh than the 2016-present 11s up till now.

Retro height from 2009 and 2016 with same 2009 height but raised patent leather.

Are you sure it is the 2009? That’s the 2000. The 2009 has the same height than the 2010, 2 3 4 5.
So give your source.
But finally, i think the cut is the same than the 2016.
I hope it will be lower of course. To me they only changed the cut.

This a new pic? Looks more legit than the rest that have been posted in here

My IG is blowing up with complaints about patent leather height. I wish you could mute words on IG like twitter

What’s wrong with the height?

I think all the young heads want lower PL. JB been training most of these kids sense they were little to like the low PL cheaper version of the XI’s. Now they older and want XI’s to look like they did when they were kids. It’s the circle of life. Can’t really blame them, it’s the same way us old enough to have seen or even wore OG’s want retros too be identical to them.

I mean id want it a little lower but not what it was before but im confused with the complaints since the XI has had this patent height for awhile now on XI mids, thought the kids would be used to it by now

All these need is the 23. The 45 is so gimicky man. We’re talking about 22 games with the number and 3 games with the concords and that number

I feel like they were looking for something to really distinguish them from previous releases which is stupid as hell. Just get everything on point with the og release

Id rather have the 23 also. But I don't think they are a gimmick, just because its a true history of the XI Concord and its original debut on feet with a 45 on them. Again its a debate of. do you want the true original release with the 23? Or do you want the original pe version. Im 50/50 honestly. Will always want both.

I think it will be a little bit lower.

Connected the dots and realized these are a commemorative release. They’re also dropping the Nick Anderson PE 10. These are commemorating the 1995 semi finals and the debut of the Concord 11. I would think older heads OR MJ fans would appreciate this. I think it’s a better commemorative nod than the Space Jam which wasn’t even the actual Space Jam but a PE.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they dropped the 45 Jersey too.
