Air Jordan 1 High “Black Toe” – 2013 NO buying,selling-trading

Yeah, black toes aren't like the Chicagos or Royals, they're more like the Knicks

If you can't tell that the Chicagos are more plasticy than leather, I'm not sure what to tell you, other than you might want to see an optometrist..

I'm hoping they do a QS of the Chicagos done right.

Chicago 1's definitely aren't on the same level as any of the OG's.

I've compared them to my Royal's and Knicks, look terrible, I still love them though. :lol

Definitive proof would be to take some macro pics showing that they have the same thin plastic that's folded over on itself at every edge(like the chicagos). They are constructed differently out of different materials period.

idk about that. but to me, they look and feel like identical leather. then again im not an expert in leather or whatever.

however if these are close to royal quality id be very disappointed

They're like a step child for me like my metallic V's and ashy VI's. They aren't the same.

Y post pics of three pairs when your selling two of them kinda clown if you ask me who cars if you got 3 pair if your joy wearing one. I got two pair one for now and one two summers from now.

no way chicago and black toe leather are the same ,even i can see that .imo the white leather on the side panels are  the least softest on the black toes and even that leather smokes the chicagos ,still a mystery to me  why make  the chicagos a non og and the knicks an og million dollar question

Chicagos have the worst "leather" of all the 1s released this year, I'm not even really sure it is leather.
Royals were the best with Knicks being in the middle, I haven't received my black toes yet but I spent a little time with a gs pair and they were nothing close to chicagos.

Oh so they did get them? Did you try Deveroes yet? They had most sizes when the opened, I bought both 10s & a 9.5, think there's no 11s & my dudes got the 11.5 & 12 but every other size was there with no real talk at all

I live in Dayton so I scooted down to Cinci yesterday morning before work. Had I known of other spots with them readily available I woulda def hit them up to try and grab another pair. I'm guessing they're gone now.

I either got a great pair of chi 1s or a terrible pair of black toes. I'm looking at them and they're 100% the same

Not to defend dude but not everyone feels comfortable wearing these new tight *** fitted jeans.
I really don't think there's any reason to even entertain those comments. Only the kids care about what other dudes wear. But they're always gonna post it. I get it too. I was a hs kid once and I was similarly childish.

Picked up my pair today. The leather is "different", to say the least. The toe box seemed to be lightly creased straight out of the box from Nike Scottsdale. I tried them on at home and walked around a bit, and the leather definitely seems to shape and crease to your foot. It doesn't look bad though. To me, the leather actually feels pretty thin in the toe box but that could just be because it's very soft and more pliable than the more "plasticy" and firm style of leather. I love all the Nike branding, and the Nike box was a nice touch too. Definitely worth the money.
I'm starting to believe that the quality is by design now.  Send out a bad quality product and in a few months/years later, do a re-release.  Even the OG buyers will need a fresh pair by then...
