I tried using the $20 off and it ended up messing up my account on the SNKRS app. It now won't even let me access the payment settings and I keep getting an error message. It's been 3 hrs and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still won't let me access payment settings and I can't buy anything through SNKRS. Anyone else having this problem or can help? I spoke with someone from Nike and they didn't know what to do

I'm about to make my calls now. I'll try 2 different people. If they don't apply it, I'll see about getting that 20% off too.

It's crazy how these people aren't on the same page. I mentioned that in the feedback email they sent (for the Space Jams release) and they gave me a 30% off coupon.
