It doesn't matter what anyone else calls it, if Nike doesn't call it Shattered Backboard and don't have the insoles, they ain't shattered backboards. Pretty simple.
And if Nike decides to call it that, I would say it's because of the hype of the name the public started, so they might as well run with it. But I doubt they will.
