They were complete garbage before the pandemic. Customer service is turrible. Shipping is turrible. Drivers are the worst. UPS all day!

Maybe if they used a solid white midsole so we can't see that inevitable yellowing . That eventual yellowing ruins the look of the Zebras imo.

They do have product that gets rid of that yellowing and makes it look knot brand new. Once I found out about stuff, it was the last push over to get the zebras.
