I haven't gotten one either. My guess is that they're backed up and emails will flow later on. I've had this happen with FNL before as well.

I really like em. And im a 9.5-10 and I usually go for 10 or 10.5 in 350’s but got these in a 10 and feel quite fine. Usually its a big snug at first then breaks in but they feel perfect honestly.
