What particularly looks cheap about them? The neoprene panels on the magnets don’t look any more or less cheap than the plain mesh weave panels it’s replacing.

In your comparison photo, I see a minor resemblance but in real life... Salts have a very distinguishable color with zero hues of blue. None. (not my pic)

There is a very slight blueish gray on the midsole. These are my pics. Flash on and off. Flash brings out the blue a little in my opinion
