looks like that size 7 on fc is gone now..
At that price the seller is basically saying "I have these for sale, but I don't want to sell them".
There is always going to be something off. rolex has had the same look for how many years and these fakes still cant get it right.
It ain't trickin if you got it.looks like that size 7 on fc is gone now..
It's funny how kats in the Yeezy threads can openly post and condone fakes, that wouldn't be tolerated in any of the jordan retro threads..
All because a few of y'all are butt hurt they weren't a GR like that guy with the vamp screen name tried to make them out to be...smh
Honestly I would like to read that article.Replica Rolexes are actually a pretty bad example and actually help support the other argument. I was reading an article on WSJ awhile back where many coveted Rolexes are reps or are parts of authentic watches mixed with replica parts. It's pretty complex in checking their authenticity. Most hardcore collectors have to have the watch carefully analyzed and sometimes opened up just to verify the internals are authentic and even then it's hard to tell for sure.
I would take the time to find the link but everyone ignores references on here anyway.
Anyway, to make this Yeezy related I really wish I had a pair to rock, but I can't knock those with the temptation to cash in... especially at 2k or allegedly 5k for certain sizes.
It ain't trickin if you got it.
i wonder how do any of us really know an item sold at that price on flight club? Whose to say the seller didnt change their mind? Or if flight club doesnt inrentionally do this to try and manipulate the market? Both questions i posed are very plausible explanations. I think we all need to start questioning and thinking more.
I have thought the same thing. There's no way to know if it actually sold or if FC took it down or if the seller removed it.i wonder how do any of us really know an item sold at that price on flight club? and being honest whoever owns flight club is very connected in the sneaker community. Its very easy for the owner of flight club to acquire quite a few pairs of yeezys at retail meaning all profit for the shop and get 20% off the pairs customers bring in to sell. This way they make a killing. If flight club buys 10 pairs of yeezys at retail thats a massive amount of profit for the store. I truly believe they havent been in business this long just making $20 bucks off every hundred dollars. And if they have their own pairs they can definately manipulate the market by taking sizes down and putting them back up days later to give the appearance that yeezys are flying off the shelf at those absurd prices.I have thought the same thing. There's no way to know if it actually sold or if FC took it down or if the seller removed it.

Replicas are a difficult topic, but they shouldn't be a tabu. If someone buys a product online you always have to check if it's real or fake and this process is getting harder for years now.
I don't own reps, but I don't see it as a big deal. Many people in the world would love to have certain models of shoes, but they can't afford them. Doesn't matter if they are limited or not.
For example: What's so bad about a kid living in poverty buying reps? The kid will be satisfied and happy to own the shoes. It can take part in something, which means a lot to him/her, but is not able to express this love, because of financial lacks. I really don't see the problem with this. We all love shoes, but there so many more important aspects in life.
I guess I expressed myself not clearly enough and should have used a different word than "poverty".In your example referencing a young person in 'poverty', I don't think his or her parents are prioritizing fly sneakers in the grand scheme of things if it is a true poverty situation.
The thing with reps, in my opinion, is that you have the people who purchase reps for financial reasons, which is ok, but try to pass them off as legit, which speaks to the insecurity they feel, if you buy a fake, then own it and feel good about it. That's like a guy having a secret fetish for fat girls but scared to bring her around his friends for fear of embarrassment.
Wow this thread has reached a new low LMAO
Not insecure if I buy reps and tell people they are real. Why would I want to admit there fake. It's a disgrace to have a fake product but if there's no other option then that's it it's the only route. therefore I would not admit it's fake.
I'd admit my Ray Bans were fake cus they can be easily obtained
naw g it's cool. Like everyone has different levels theyd go. I wouldn't expect everyone to have te same limits. I wouldn't say the mona Lisa painting in my house was real if I had a fake one . you don't have to try putting down my personality just cuz I would lie to someone saying there real. It's embarassing admitting there fake. At the end of the day everyone wants everything real and in certain situations it's not the owners fault. This being one of them.If it is a disgrace to do something and a person does it...what does that say about the individual doing it? If I consider something a disgrace my option would be not to do it. Passing something off as authentic when it isn't is kinda sad. Pathetic really. You don't have to admit to every person you see they aren't authentic, but to TRY to make believe something is real when it isn't? Nah.

Don't think for 1 minute if one of the baddest girls came up to you in your fake boosts you wouldn't say they was real. We all the same people. We all got screwed
