That story just doesn't add up to me. So what they're saying is that there are 300 pairs of boosts with broken zippers and it just happens that all 300 were non claimed pairs? And the rest that were claimed all coincidently had proper working zippers. Just doesn't make sense, it's not like everybody was trying on the shoe during pickup because you couldn't swap sizes regardless, so most people were picking up their pairs and going home. And if they discovered their zippers were broken, there's no way you can bring the shoes back to the store to exchange it. If the zippers were broken in the box before even picking up the pair, then they would've never passed quality check anywau. I understand a few pairs, but all 300 pairs had the same problem?
