I deal with people everyday, I do sales. I've had plenty of annoying customers but my money is made on commission and making sure my clients get the proper service to want to recommend me to other people. I'm not making money if i'm rude to a potential client who drops me to go with another business in my line of work. I simply see no point in being rude to customers, no matter how ****** your day is. That ain't being on a high horse, it's just common sense
