Yea. Guy said 30 pairs total. Your size is not guaranteed. Ended yesterday, calling 6-8 today. I saw about 200 tickets in the clear box holder.

Rarity and the fact that the so many different groups want those sizes.  Women, Baby Feet Men, Rich Spoiled Kids, and Asians with a lot of money are all trying to cop.

If your size is gone then no shoes for you.  It would be a terrible idea for a fcfs situation where people might waste their time camping but in a raffle situation it could work because lets be real if you were to go to a store right now and a GR pair of Jordans is gone in your size chances are you aren't going to cop to flip or trade because there's no resale.

Your likely to just try to find your size elsewhere for retail.
