Anyone remember the release procedure for Pacsun stores? I remember talking to an employee who said it was FCFS, but that was before everything got switched up for the Turtle Doves.

DSM was doing online only release last time? They got in store stock for this release or they actually had in store last time? And Hotoveli when I called last time they said all were sold/reserved already. Made no sense when the release wasn't for a few days. You can't "reserve" these shoes normally.
As for Kith, I think I actually won the raffle last time from them and the guy just hung up on me. They denied that it happened and said I never won but I know the truth. Called from a restricted number but knew my name to ask for me.

Stores should be more organized. Just make a twitter/instagram post with the procedures for your store and it would be so much easier than everyone having to call.
