Look up Ring. Price is fair ($200~) and the yearly service charge is only $30. I get a motion notification sent to my phone that records a 30 second clip (unless the motion stays there for longer). Everytime the doorbell rings, I also get a notification and can respond to the guest via the speaker/microphone.

Just last night, I was 15 minutes from the crib and a package for my girl was being dropped off. Was able to holla at the courier to just tuck it into the door and I'll be there asap. Peace of mind makes the purchase well worth it.
