That's why I never have and never will mess with them. You can't expect people fresh out of high school to understand the EXTREME importance of cross contamination prevention, and food temperature safety when dealing with organic products.

The problem isn't actually with the individual employees / stores, it was within the supply chain.

Chipotle still buys a lot of their ingredients from smaller, local farms. The contamination issues were from dirty batches of lettuce and other veggies, but Chipotle's system couldn't figure out where the problem was originating from
