Honestly, they really should. Adidas should straight up eliminate the ability for US and UK/Euro buyers from purchasing from one another's sites. If they really wanted to in the effort to, they could. 

How would you stop it?  Some people have family members around the world that let them use their address and credit cards/paypal.  Adidas would never know that person wasn't actually from the region they ordered from.
