No and no, but really depends on where you are. The show here in Atlanta didn't sell out until the day of I think. Tickets are very affordable compared to others (Summer Sixteen prices were ridiculous).

Fully agreed. These will be so easy to wear. And with the more wide release, don't have to be concerned about trashing a pair of shoes that have super insane resell value.
