Definitely true with a lot of CS, I avoid contacting at all costs. Best case scenario, you come across somebody that isn't having a bad day and will actually try to help/give you an answer. But you have to put yourself in their shoes, whether its the footsites, adidas, UO, basically any site right now- ever since Saturday they've been dealing with people non stop calling and emailing (plus social media) about "is my order okay", "did my payment go through", "why haven't my shoes shipped yet", "can i order a pair or do you have any left", plus countless ridiculous questions. Pretty much the only thing you're doing by calling is annoying somebody even further than they already are, and its highly unlikely that anything positive will be gained from contacting them. What other online orders do you have follow up questions on within a couple business days of the actual order? They're busy packing and dealing with customers, no reason to hassle them any more than they already are. They aren't getting paid well and if anything they'd like nothing more than to pocket an extra pair of these for themselves- so give them more reasons to do that if you want

I feel sorry for the people who  supposedly won and were told that it was a mistake, that is brutal.

I  had v1.0's canceled or whatever and given a 25$ gift certificate since they couldnt guarantee a pair on the next release .

I never used that certificate,i aint giving them any $ of my hard earned money.

nah they are about 9.5/10 though.

I think I'm just going to trade them for V2 plus cash unless I hit these NMDs today.

I requested that my package be held at a nearby FedEx Location and I will pick it up. FedEx usually delivers in my neighborhood in the early afternoon when I am still at work.

Fuk yeah my v2's came in today (ADC EU) and they're awesome.

The big question I have is regarding sizing. In my case they're snug but length wise they seem okay, but they're quite tight tight on at the toes. I'm wondering if over time the primeknit will become a bit looser en more forgiving. It's just my big toe which is a bit (too?) tight.
