They LET people sit at splash for hours, then finally allowed us in (to checkout) around 1PM

Just copped a 10k TD on adidas after what can best be described as a rollercoaster of emotion. First I got to the cart and then my Visa needed "additional verification" so i was like all raged out— tried my mastercard and successfully made it through.
