Can someone help explain the hype on these? Is there an insanely low amount out there? Do people want to dress like Pharrell that bad? Do these just buck the low-profile shoe trend that hard? Genuinely curious…

it’s gotta be low amount. the fact that there isn’t a real number of stock and just by going off resale apps there isn’t that many out there

call me crazy but a shoe has gotta be good looking first to be on anyone's radar. nobody cares if there's zero pairs of an ugly af shoe.

the rollout and lack of availability probably helped drive sales...especialyl given the high *** price tag in today's economy. but you can't have hype without something people actually want to buy in the first place.

The shoes are fire... they are different and limited... caught a pair for retail and I like them

Yup just a cool looking shoe. Fits with the retro runner theme that’s hot right now. But chunky

How’d you end up in the thread? Whatever got you here is probably part of the reason. Folks liked them before they knew the numbers

Clipse roll out did wonders for it. Their whole LV aesthetic and everything around it seemed like fine art and elevated. Pharrell is THAT ***** when it comes to fashion. And the shoe is cool looking, on trend and just eye catching.

I had a feeling it would be like this, but was hoping it wouldn’t :lol.
