I got FedEx tracking from ADC last night but it still shows as invalid. This is normal right?
yup. Takes 24-48 hrs for them to update tracking info.

Why go through the trouble of swapping? Just paint the blocks on the mesh pair.

True, sole swapping is extensive. I never played with the idea of painting the blocks, from what i hear its not to hard.
