Anyone else here still waiting on their MiAdidas pair? Weird that they already had a 2nd and 3rd run of voucher codes without even shipping out the first batch...

I'm kinda diggin the GitD 4.0's and I'm not much of a GitD fan...The knit looks like the leaked burgundy 4.0's and much better than the leaked TB 4.0.

Hey guys, anyone know how much is a 8/10 size US 9.5 women's wood wood worth?
Thinking of pulling the trigger.

Scammed??

yeah I helped my brother sell a pair of shoes. 2 months later the buyer claimed item was fake. I provided original receipts and even emails from nike proving authenticity. Paypal decides in buyers favor and requires the buyer to ship back the shoes. Buyer ships back an empty box, I contact paypal and they ask me to submit more evidence (my original shipping receipt shows 4lbs, the buyer sent back an empty box with the label indicating 1lb). Sent over this evidence, and Paypal STILL sided with the buyer and refunded the money back to the buyer. I've spoke with 4 different Paypal customer service representatives all throughout the claim from beginning to the end and provided any and every evidence I could and each time the representative reassured me that I'm likely to win. And every email I get from Paypal the following day, is telling me I lost the case.

thats crazy vino sorry to hear about that situation. I swear even stories like hay just wanna go gift route or not at all

i hate paypal, there's like zero communication between departments and they even record calls and nothing gets accomplished from that

i had a simple problem with paypal from them taking a refund directly from my bank account instead of my paypal balance, the issue mainly being money lost due to currency exchange. the first rep i spoke to said yeah it's our mistake but they had to wait till it was processed to fix it or something, called back and they accepted to do the refund of the currency lost during exchange and it would be done within 48hrs. call back after 48hrs when i notice nothing was refunded and then they tell me that my claim was denied even though in the notes they have record of something telling me that it was their mistake, then someone saying they would refund me. they applied the refund again and it got denied again and then i finally gave up (it was like for $11).

i only use paypal for foreign (euro) sites now cause they tend to deny my credit card directly

Damn, I cant believe they sided with him thats crazy especially with proof of the box being only 1 LB and all the receipts. Was this thru a selling platform?

yeah this is absolutely the worst experience I have had ever. This is why I don't resell because I hear stories about scams all the time. But I was very detailed and careful with this transaction by creating a detailed invoice and stating 100% authentic and keeping ALL my receipts from Nike receipts to shipping receipts to text messages saying the buyer received my item. Somehow I still lost this case, so there was absolutely zero seller protection. Paypal basically did not follow ANY of their rules or guidelines for their "Seller Protection Policy". I did everything they asked me to do but I still lost the case. I am just extremely confused by the final decision by Paypal. They're literally enabling scamming.

And yeah their reps are terrible, ones telling me one thing meanwhile the claims specialists deciding another. 3 of those 4 reps very specifically said "if the buyer does not send back the original item in the original condition, REST ASSURE that they will NOT refund the buyer", yet they refunded the buyer anyway when I called and provided photo evidence of an empty box returned back to me.
