What'd you use to black out the boost? I like how it has a matte look as opposed to most I see that look shiny & wet.

Also how is it holding up to the wear?

Yep I'm another one that dislikes the 3M Ultras. Adidas over used the 3M weave, if they had maybe used a thinner 3M thread woven through it may have worked better. I want to like them, i want to cop them.......But i just can't bring myself to do it.

At the end of the day it's good that Adidas is providing us with options and giving us colorways that some of us love and some of us hate rather than keeping it all in one lane.

I think they killed it on the 3Ms and I'm not even a big fan of 3M or shiny stuff on my clothes/shoes but to each his own.

My 3Ms are my most worn UB. 

I love them 3M laces and all. 

I might even paint or use 3M adhesive on the stripes just to spite people.

It almost looks like matte charcoal grey.

It really looks nice.
