It’s that collectors club thing via ADC, where you’ve reached a certain spending tier (I think it’s after like level 3 or something). They become available somewhere around 48hrs before they go live. No rhyme or reason to which ones they decide become early access. As of right now it’s those, a bunch of Falcons and Yung 96.
Or, since apparently I’m an idiot trying to bolster my stupidity, several people have to rep you.

Lol it’s more that everyone’s foot is different. I’ve gone TTS on 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 with no issues.
