i think technically, you might. Its over $200. It can be hit or miss though. I've ordered stuff from Europe and the total in dollars was $201.45 and I got hit with a $65 bill from Fed Ex.

They usually don't charge til shipped no?I am getting nervous because I looked online and my card hasn't been charged yet.

Yea I talked to someone online about it and they don't charge till they ship. They might put a hold on the funds in the account to make sure the money is there but they release those funds a little later.
